A full upper case completed in collaboration with an Australian dentist. From wax up design, Immediate temporary teeth to permanent bridge.
Jul.11 We design wax up,The doctor and patient confirm the treatment plan. The doctor provides pre-operative scans and intraoral photos of the patient.
July 12th, the implant system was confirmed, and the library was prepared. The surgery time was confirmed(July.17th On Thursday). Our team arranged the procedures according to the surgery
July 16th
Confirm the type of screws needed. Prepare the library.
July 17th: Implant surgery + Immdiate temporary bridge design, print and installation.
(On the day of the surgery.)
The immediate temporary bridge was placed within 4 hours. Because the patient was in a lot of pain and under the influence of anesthesia, no photos were taken.
On July 18th, feedback was provided regarding the results of the surgery performed on July 17th.
On October 20th, the permanent bridge was Starting make. Confirm the design, modify the design. Photos were taken for confirmation before shipping.
November 17th, Installing a permanent bridge.(Malo bridge with metal underside)
Summary
We are Bluesky digital dental lab, a provider of dental implant technology services. We collaborated with the doctor to complete this case, reducing the number of patient visits. (First visit: pre-operative scan; second visit: surgery day; third visit: preparation for permanent bridge scan; fourth visit: permanent bridge placement).
This also reduced the number of scans required from the doctor. From the first scan to the final scan, the doctor’s feedback was that it was highly efficient, reduced the number of visits, and saved time.
